AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. In classes and workshops you’ll work with many partners, and will work in groups of two or larger, experiencing what is possible when we support and allow ourselves to be supported in community. No partner necessary to join in the fun – and in many cases no prior experience necessary, just a willingness to participate and play.
