Coaching Philosophy
I practice a holistic approach to coaching and your overall wellness – Body, Mind and Soul. This means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Do past conditions and habits sabotage your relationships? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your happiness and wellness as a whole.

Marissa Dana is a Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach via Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.

She has completed the Yoga Alliance Certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher and Body Awakening training with David Vendetti and Todd Skolgund of South Boston Yoga.  And the AcroYoga Teacher Training Certification with AcroYoga.org
